Chip Massie

Charles "Chip" Massie was born and raised in Marin County, California. He studied at Indian Valley College before transferring to DeAnza College in Cupertino, CA to pursue a degree in Theater Arts. He then moved to Los Angeles and partnered in a small theater company for three years. In the mid 80's, he moved to Modoc County and opened a Bed and Breakfast Restaurant in Ft. Bidwell, CA. This led to an opportunity to open a restaurant in Alturas, CA called the Pizza and Pasta Place on April 1st, 1989. This restaurant led to the opening of Antonio's Cucina Italiana in Klamath Falls in early 2001. Both restaurants are still in operation.
While in Alturas, Chip served on the Alturas City Council and was a representative to the Superior California Economic Development District. Chip also served as an active member of the Modoc County Chamber of Commerce, co-founded the Great Historic Hotel Bicycle Race, co-founded the Alturas Hot Air Balloon Festival, served as the President of the Alturas Community Theater, Inc and Modoc Performing Arts Theatre, served as program coordinator for the Modoc Arts Council, and developed the Modoc High Country Amphitheater.
Since his move to Klamath Falls, Chip has served on the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 3 years, been an active Rotarian for 2 years, and has been actively involved as a theatrical director and volunteer at the Ross Ragland Theater.
Amanda Blodgett
Program, Event and Marketing Coordinator

Amanda joined the Chamber staff in January 2008 as the Program, Event and Marketing Coordinator. Amanda is responsible for developing and promoting the many special events that are hosted or sponsored by the Chamber. Amanda also develops and provides Member support and benefit programs such as education and networking opportunities; and oversees website management.
Amanda was raised in Klamath Falls, and represented the community as the very first Miss City of Sunshine. She and her husband Shawn own three small businesses. Amanda can be found volunteering throughout the community as a 4-H Leader, Rotarian, and President of the Klamath Basin Home Builder's Association. Amanda also serves the Oregon Home Builder's Association as an Executive Committee Member. Amanda and her husband have 2 wonderful children, Isaac and Breanna.
Natalie Hoffman
Administrative Assistant
Klamath County Chamber of Commerce
Natalie joined the Chamber in December of 2007 as the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. She is responsible for general office functions including processing inquiries, maintaining files and the Chamber database, general accounting, ordering and maintaining all brochures and literature, answering phones and greeting and servicing guests.
Natalie is a Redding, CA High School Graduate and a Fort Worth, TX JSMI College Graduate. In Redding she worked at the local Rescue Mission as the Assistant Manager of House of Grace for women in transition living. She also served two years as an AmeriCorps Member in her community. Natalie has also worked for the Redding School District at the REMEDY Family Center (Redding Empowerment Model for the Education and Development of Youth) where she became the Client Service, Resource manager coordinating multiple programs involving food, shelter, clothing, employment education and special events. She worked closely with the Redding Families First Collaborative to provide services designed to empower youth and families. This group includes schools, school districts, law enforcement, courts, public and private health and mental health providers.
Natalie carries a real passion and zeal towards people and life itself. She enjoys traveling abroad doing missionary and humanitarian acts. This includes going to Thailand to assist in Tsunami relief efforts by working within villages to clean, rebuild, and bring hope to those devastated. She is Red Cross trained in Disaster Efforts and CPR. Natalie has been to 9 countries and the Marshal Islands. She has been a Youth Pastor, Praise and Worship Leader, Special Guest Speaker, and a Mentor for a Foster Care Transitional Housing Program for Youth.
Natalie has great faith and believes the way to significance is to devote her life to a purpose that is larger than life: being a World Changer. Natalie is faithful in her endeavors, honest in her communication and consistent in her care of others.
